The Moomin family and their friends – Their adorable looks and words full of humor continue to enchant many fans all over the world. The Moomin series created by Tove Jansson (1914-2001), a Finnish painter and novelist, are popular in various forms such as novels, picture books, newspaper comic strips, animations and products, etc. This is the definitive exhibition at which you can experience the fascination of its various arts and the profound world of the story via approximately 500 exhibits of Moomin. A carefully-curated selection from the Moomin Museum, located in Tampere, Finland, and the valuable works from the Moomin Characters’ collection are showcased. You can enjoy the representative scenes from the Moomin novels and picture books with original illustrations and various works such as original illustrations of Easter cards, posters for bank, advent calendars.
